4	Oct. 15 @ 12:00 AM ~	Not eligible for a refund

The percentage of refund stated above is based on the “Ticket Price” only. * Under no circumstances, service fee (processing fee) is non-refundable. *Except if the request is made on a same day of the purchase before 11:59PM will eligible to receive full refund including Service Fee (processing fee). **Even if refund request is made within 48hrs. of purchase, if it is after Oct. 8 @ 12:00AM, penalty fee will base on #3 or #4 of above table, depending on the date of request.
